Procurement professional has established itself as a key function that brings value to organizations in terms of cost control, efficiency and national growth. For some years, this professional had been operating with less contribution of professionals in its development, regulations and organization.
In the general context of the country development, the organization and management of the procurement profession has finally been handed to the owners, i.e. to professionals. Professionals have now been given rights to participate in the adoption of capacity building programs, code of conducts and other important decisions regarding the professional.
